Southern Oklahoma Treatment Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing outpatient addiction treatment team. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while working alongside an experienced Medical Director and clinical team in a supportive environment.

Schedule
Monday-Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Every Other Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
What You’ll Do
· Dispense prescribed medications in accordance with clinic policies.
· Monitor and document patient care accurately.
· Maintain confidential electronic medical records.
· Assist the Medical Director and clinical staff with daily patient care.
· Perform nursing assessments and vital signs.
· Educate patients regarding medications and treatment plans.
· Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
· Provide compassionate, respectful care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Qualifications
Required
· Current Oklahoma LPN License
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
· Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Preferred
· CPR & First Aid Certification
· Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, family practice, corrections, or primary care (training available for the right candidate)
