Responsibilities
- Safely operate taxis and other commercial vehicles to transport passengers to their destinations efficiently.
- Greet passengers warmly, assist with boarding and luggage handling, and ensure a comfortable ride experience.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to guarantee passenger safety at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal performance and appearance.
- Use navigation tools and communication devices effectively to plan routes and stay informed about traffic conditions.
- Collect fares accurately, issue receipts, and manage cash or electronic payments professionally.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel for quick resolution.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, including delivery driver experience or bus driving roles.
- Familiarity with Limousine, Paratransit, or driver services is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; specific licensing depending on local regulations.
- Knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, and navigation systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to handle various driving conditions confidently while maintaining safety standards.
