What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Assistant/Caregiver position at Southern Oaks Assisted Living?
Looking for a part time Resident Assistant/Caregiver for every other weekend and other days as needed. Southern Oaks has a great staff, a fun environment to work in. Need to have previous experience working with elderly.
We are a smaller community with 24 units. Our residents have a family style experience where they develop friendships and get to know the staff members. Many of our staff members have been with us for 5 to 10 years
Responsibilities include:
-monitoring residents
-cleaning rooms/doing laundry
-working well with other staff to ensure residents are safe
-other household responsibilities
