• Prepare and maintain an authentic Montessori environment
• Guide individualized learning experiences
• Observe, assess, and support each child’s development

• Collaborate with assistants and leadership
• Build strong, professional relationships with families
🌱 What We’re Looking For
• Montessori Certification (required)
• Experience in a Montessori classroom environment
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development
• Ability to create a calm, structured, and respectful classroom
• Reliable, collaborative, and consistent
• Strong communication skills with both children and adults
