Foundation Medical Partners is seeking a compassionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) specializing in Breast Health to practice in collaboration with our Massachusetts General Hospital fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist. In this role the candidate will provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care focused on breast disease prevention, screening, diagnosis, and ongoing management in an outpatient setting.

- Provide comprehensive breast health care, including clinical breast exams, risk assessments, and patient education
- Evaluate and manage patients with breast complaints, abnormal imaging, or high‑risk histories
- Coordinate care related to breast imaging, biopsies, and follow‑up treatment plans pre- and post-surgery
- Counsel patients on screening guidelines, genetic risk, prevention strategies, and wellness
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and imaging results
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- 36 Patient Hours / plus admin hours per week (with flexible scheduling)
