Targeted Pay Range: $31.39/hr. to $50.22/hr. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by several factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care in a high-volume Immediate Care/Walk-In setting
- Triage patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries, both in-person and via telephone
- Perform rapid assessments and collaborate with providers to deliver timely, efficient care
- Administer medications, vaccines, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with urgent procedures, including wound care, splinting, and EKGs
- Conduct point-of-care testing, collect specimens, and manage lab follow-ups
- Document clinical findings and interventions accurately in the EMR
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and escalate care when necessary
- Promote patient education for acute concerns, medication use, and follow-up care
- Support safety protocols, infection prevention, and emergency response procedures
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Licensure: Registered Nurse licensed in NH, NLC state, or MA; BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience: 1 year of nursing experience required; urgent care or emergency nursing preferred

- Technical: Proficient in EMR systems and basic Windows applications
