Our outpatient Physical Therapists work with advanced equipment, experienced clinicians, and strong interdisciplinary support to deliver exceptional care.
About the Job
Provides physical therapy services to outpatients and/or inpatients of all ages—from adolescents to adults and geriatrics—with occasional developmentally based exceptions depending on clinical need.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients using subjective data, objective measures, clinical assessment, prognosis, and function‑based goals, establishing effective and individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and modify patient‑specific treatment programs to support functional progress and long‑term outcomes.
- Develop and deliver patient and family education, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and understanding.
- Document all clinical findings, plans, and progress in the electronic medical record in a timely and accurate manner.
- Complete all required insurance and third‑party payer information.
- Provide clinical supervision to new staff members and/or affiliating students as assigned.
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.
- Maintain clinical competency and utilize equipment and techniques appropriate to training and experience.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and support a safe and positive patient experience.
Who You Are
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current (or pending) New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required
- CPR Certification
- Experience in outpatient PT preferred (1–2 years)
- Graston Technique
- Lymphedema Certification
- Dry Needling
- Strong time‑management, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to provide safe patient handling and demonstrate appropriate physical and clinical judgment
