This is a high volume phone job. You spend your day calling pre-screened applicants and getting them booked for interviews. If you like talking to people, competing, and getting paid for your effort, you will do well here.

What you'll do
- Call pre-screened applicants to schedule interviews
- Keep your pipeline full and moving
- Hit daily and weekly volume goals

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required
- Average first-year income range: $36,000 - $43,000 (Salary Bonuses)
