- This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Charlotte, NC office. Remote or hybrid work is not available
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts scheduled between:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- No Sundays
- $30,000 - $75,000 per year
- Paid as an hourly rate plus commission
- Strong performers typically land in the $50K-$75K range once established
- Handle inbound calls from homeowners and internal marketing teams
- Make outbound calls to existing leads and prospects in our database
- Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team
- Promote Southern National's roofing solutions and customer experience
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Requirements
- Experience in inside sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine desire to help customers
- Average first year income range: $30,000 -$75,000 (Hourly rate plus commission and bonuses)
