What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls)
- Guide customers through roof inspections, options, and pricing
- Help homeowners make informed, confident decisions
- Deliver 5–10 in-home consultations per week
- Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training
- $125,000–$200,000 per year (base draw uncapped commission bonuses)
- Average monthly earnings: $10,000–$18,000
- Weekly pay structure
- Paid training included
- Monday–Friday: Appointments at 1pm & 6pm and occasionally 10am as well
- Saturday: 10am and 2pm appointments
- Sales meetings: Ongoing daily
- Field-based role (drive 30 - 90 mins to confirmed appointments)
- 3 years of outside sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
- iPad required (purchase through us is available)
Salary : $10,000 - $300,000
