What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Call Sub School Van Driver position at Southern Minnesota Education Consortium?
We are seeking an on-call sub driver. Shifts could be morning, mid-day, afternoon, or all depending on need. This sub would be serving routes on the east side of our consortium, ranging from Austin to Spring Valley, or Leroy MN.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Valid driver’s license required.
· Good driving record required.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Transport students to and from school.
· Operate school van in a safe manner.
· Make seating arrangements and take approved disciplinary actions if needed.
· Communicate with parents, administration, and staff regarding problems and/or issues relating to transportation.
· Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicles.
· Maintain cleanliness inside vehicles.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.98 - $22.84 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
