Required Shifts:
Tuesdays - Fridays from 9 AM- 6 PM

Saturday from 9 AM - 4 PM

Sundays & Mondays Off

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team at Radiant Reflections Weight Loss and MedSpa. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of skincare treatments and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves conducting professional skin analyses, performing aesthetic treatments, and recommending personalized skincare regimens.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Aesthetic Treatments: Perform a wide range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive procedures.
• Laser and Light Therapies: Operate advanced laser and light therapy equipment for treatments such as laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, and photo facials.
• Product Recommendations: Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products that suit their skin type and concerns.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.
• Client Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of treatments, products used, and client progress.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other medical and aesthetic professionals to ensure the highest level of care and service.
• Continuous Education: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the aesthetic industry through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Valid Aesthetician license from an accredited institution.
• Experience:  Experience in a medspa or clinical setting preferred.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in a variety of aesthetic treatments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to handle confidential client information discreetly.
• Certifications: Additional certifications in advanced skincare treatments (e.g., laser therapy, chemical peels) are a plus.
