HVAC Sheet Metal Technician

Southern Maryland Heating and Air, Inc. is a large Residential New Construction HVAC Contractor that is currently expanding in the area. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Technician to join our successful Team.

General Responsibilities:

Ability to Modify and Install Sheetmetal Duct work and accessories

Obtain short list material and deliver to projects

Complete all Punch Out lists

Maintain strict schedules as outlined by HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman

Communicate and execute all issues that arise with Foreman

Applicant Requirements:

Must have a clean driving record and a current and Valid Driver's License.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must have good communication skills, be professional, and dependable.

Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 Pounds

Must be able to safely handle sharp materials

Must have the ability to work on uneven surfaces

Must be able to work in unfavorable hot or cold weather conditions

Must be able to see, hear, speak, read and write clearly in order to communicate with other employees and/or customers
