We are a friendly, patient-focused chiropractic office seeking a dependable and personable Part-Time Front Desk Administrator to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Collect and process patient payments
- Verify and update patient information
- Assist with patient intake paperwork and office documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support the chiropractor and clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
Experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, veterinary, or other healthcare office is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service and administrative skills.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 27 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30-1:00, 2:00-5:30
Compensation
- $18.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience
