Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Engineer, based in Sanford, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Engineer will provide technical and sales support to prospective and existing clients, helping them understand product capabilities and selecting solutions that meet their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, delivering product presentations, discussing system designs, and collaborating with the engineering and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role combines technical expertise with customer-facing interaction to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide in-depth product knowledge and technical solutions
• Strong Communication skills and Sales expertise for engaging with clients, presenting products, and closing deals
• Experience in Customer Service to address client inquiries and foster positive relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions tailored to client requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with infrastructure systems or the traffic and transportation industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
