Winter Resort Team Member

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Snowmaker I. This role involves maintaining our snowmaking system, performing slope and trail maintenance, and providing excellent guest service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintaining snow guns and hoses, including setting up and shutting down equipment.
• Ensuring snow is not made on lifts, in woods, on buildings, or hill lights & poles.
• Performing slope and trail maintenance, including lighting fixtures, summer mowing, erosion control, tree trimming, and brush clearing.
• Attending training sessions on snowmaking operations and maintenance.
• Coordinating with other departments concerning snowmaking operations.
• Working effectively with grooming teams to move fan guns, push snow, and conduct snowmaking activities.
• Ensuring high-quality snow production.
• Shoveling out lift tower pads, buried fencing, covered signs, and snowmaking hydrants.
• Assisting with special events, construction, and welding projects.
• Unloading delivery trucks.

**Qualifications:**

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work during peak operating times, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
• 6 months of mechanical and/or electrical experience preferred.
