Key Responsibilities
- Address and document service requests
- Maintain an inventory of adequate supplies
- Diagnose HVAC problems and repair or replace components as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on fan coil and convector HVAC units
- Complete additional preventative maintenance inspections as scheduled
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
- Make repairs to grounds and drainage
- Ensure all work and documentation comply with internal quality control standards
- Maintain personal supply of tools as designated by SMC's Tool Checklist
- Address emergency maintenance as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
