Addiction Counselor / Clinician (LADC, CADC, LCPC, LCSW) – Residential SUD Program
Up to $70,000 full benefits | Tuesday–Saturday | Westbrook & Portland, ME
Southern Maine Recovery is hiring a Addiction Counselor / Clinician (LADC, CADC, LCPC, LCSW) to join our residential treatment program.
This role is ideal for certified/licensed addiction counselors and clinicians who want to work directly with clients in a structured residential setting and be part of a strong, team-based clinical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual counseling and group therapy in a residential SUD setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Participate in treatment team and interdisciplinary meetings
- Document services and monitor client progress (timely and compliant)
- Support clients with relapse prevention, coping skills, and recovery planning
Who Should Apply
- CADC or LADC in Maine
- Licensed or conditionally licensed clinicians (LCSW, LCPC)
- Candidates with experience in substance use disorder treatment, residential treatment, or behavioral health
- Clinicians comfortable leading groups and managing a caseload
Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday
