ADJUNCT PHYSICS INSTRUCTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES: SMCC is seeking an adjunct instructor in Physics to teach descriptive, Algebra and Calculus-based introductory Physics courses. Depending on one’s qualifications, there may be additional opportunities to teach Astronomy and/or Chemistry courses  

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Physics, or related field
  • Postsecondary teaching experience, or related teaching experience

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Doctoral degree in physics or related field
  • 5 years community college teaching experience
  • Experience with on-line teaching
