- Oversee supplier management, including negotiation of pricing and terms to maximize profitability.
- Utilize our management software system for effective inventory control and data entry processes.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping and receiving of parts, ensuring timely delivery to support operational needs.
- Implement demand planning strategies to forecast inventory requirements based on service department needs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and supplier information using order management systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to parts availability.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure alignment between parts supply and production schedules.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff in best practices for inventory management and equipment repair.
