Position Overview

Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness is seeking a dependable and highly organized Warehouse Lead to oversee the daily organization and operation of our Arlington warehouse.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace. We are looking for someone with a true “neat freak” mentality—someone who notices when inventory is out of place, keeps work areas organized, and continually looks for opportunities to improve warehouse processes.

Because this position operates with limited direct supervision, the Warehouse Lead must be proactive, responsible, and capable of managing priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, parts, and other inventory from delivery trucks
• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Inspect incoming inventory for visible damage and verify received quantities
• Organize inventory so products are clearly identified, accessible, and stored safely
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional warehouse at all times
• Prepare inventory for deliveries, transfers, installations, and customer pickups
• Assist with inventory counts and communicate discrepancies to management
• Keep warehouse aisles, loading areas, and workspaces free of clutter and safety hazards
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, safety, and efficiency
• Help develop and maintain consistent warehouse procedures
• Coordinate with sales, service, delivery, and management teams as needed
• Perform other warehouse and facility-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience
• Ability to safely lift and carry at least 50 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to Arlington, TX 76011
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Willingness to take initiative and complete tasks without repeated direction
• Ability to identify problems and recommend practical process improvements
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with multiple departments

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Occasional overtime or schedule flexibility may be required based on incoming shipments and business needs
