Southern Leisure Builders is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to help keep our growing construction business running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Manage accounts receivable and assist with basic bookkeeping
- Track invoices, deposits, and job payments
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate financing options for customers when needed
- Help create and manage social media and marketing campaigns
- Respond to online leads and customer inquiries
- Maintain customer files and office organization
- Provide administrative support to the owner and company staff
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or office management preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs (preferred)
- Experience with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
