Job Title: Yard Associate & Non-CDL Dump Truck DriverJob Summary:Family-owned business with Christian values seeking a reliable team member to assist with yard operations, customer service, and deliveries using a non-CDL, stick-shift dump truck.Responsibilities:Drive and deliver materials using a non-CDL, manual dump truck (stick-shift)Operate front-end loader and assist with loading/unloading materialsPerform general yard work and maintain a clean, safe work areaProvide customer service, answer phones, and assist with checkout as necessaryWork as part of a dependable teamRequirements:Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordExperience driving stick-shift vehicles (required)Physically able to operate vehicles, machinery, and perform heavy lifting (physical may be required)Able to perform job duties safely with no physical limitations that pose riskDrug-free workplace (testing required)Reliable, punctual, and team-orientedNo violent criminal historyOur vehicles and premises are equipped with surveillance cameras.Schedule (36-40hrs week):Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PMPeak season: Saturdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 PMSlow season: Mon–FriBenefitsCompetitive Pay (based on experience)Paid-time-offExperience:Yard work, landscaping or knowledge of, equipment operation, or delivery experience a plus **We ask that applicants do not call or come to the physical location regarding application status or job information.
