Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Philadelphia, PA. The Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of tasks, including preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, general repairs, and industrial upkeep. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, inspecting systems and machinery, and participating in routine maintenance to ensure the safety, functionality, and longevity of equipment and property.
Qualifications
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance best practices
- Ability to work with tools, machines, and diagnostic equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent ability to manage tasks independently and within a team
- Experience in facilities or property maintenance is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
