Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Teller at Southern Lakes Credit Union, located in Kenosha, WI. The Teller will be responsible for conducting financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, educating members on financial products, maintaining balanced cash drawers, and assisting with inquiries or resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Customer service skills, including attention to member needs and problem-solving
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with credit union or point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in banking/credit unions, finance, or customer service is a plus
