In-Home Sales Representative – Window Treatments & Custom Shelving
We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners and business owners throughout the Upper Cumberland region, help them find the perfect window treatment and shelving solutions for their space, and close the sale. No prior sales experience is required — we'll train the right person from the ground up.
If you're a self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and earning based on your own effort, this could be a great fit.
This Job is commission only. Small hourly rate will apply until training and the client base are complete.
Compensation:
$40,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
- Travel to residential homes and commercial businesses throughout the Upper Cumberland area to conduct in-home/on-site consultations
- Present and demonstrate our custom window treatment and shelving product lines
- Build rapport with clients and guide them through product selection
- Generate and follow up on leads, referrals, and appointments
- Represent Southern Interior Solutions Co. with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regionally
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training
