Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and professional Aesthetic Injector to join our plastic surgery practice, serving patients at our Florida locations in Panama City Beach and Santa Rosa Beach. This role is responsible for providing high-quality, non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic eye, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and patient satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with our clinical team to create personalized treatment plans and help patients achieve their aesthetic goals in a welcoming, results-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license as a NP (Nurse Practitioner), PA (Physician's Assistant), or MD (Doctor of Medicine) in the State of Florida.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term patient relationships
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of care
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic injecting (neurotoxins and dermal fillers)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and esthetic principles
- Experience in a medial spa or aesthetic clinic
- Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with aesthetic trends and techniques
