Our locations bring together talented estheticians, mid-level aesthetic injectors, and physicians at select locations to deliver high-quality services in a welcoming, professional environment.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations to lead our six locations, support our teams, and help drive consistent operational excellence across the organization.

Position Overview

The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day business operations of all six The Aesthetic Collective locations, providing leadership, direction, and accountability for all Spa Coordinators. Reporting directly to the owners, this individual will serve as the central link between ownership, location teams, and clinical service providers.

The ideal candidate is an organized, results-driven leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry. This person will be responsible for ensuring that each location operates efficiently, delivers an exceptional client experience, meets performance goals, and upholds the standards and vision of The Aesthetic Collective.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Location Operations & Leadership

• Oversee daily operations across all six locations, ensuring consistency in policies, procedures, service standards, and overall business performance.
• Directly supervise, mentor, and support all Spa Coordinators, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and performance goals.
• Conduct regular location visits and team meetings to assess operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain strong communication across locations.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between ownership and location-level teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions that support continued growth.

Team Development & Performance Management

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Spa Coordinators in partnership with ownership.
• Establish performance expectations and monitor team productivity, professionalism, scheduling efficiency, and client service.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive workplace culture across all locations.
• Address operational concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide coaching and performance feedback as needed.
• Support effective collaboration among Spa Coordinators, estheticians, injectors, and physicians.

Business Development & Financial Performance

• Monitor location performance, revenue trends, service utilization, retail sales, membership or package sales, and other key performance indicators.
• Work with ownership and location teams to establish and achieve revenue, growth, and profitability goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase bookings, improve client retention, grow retail and service sales, and maximize provider utilization.
• Monitor staffing efficiency, labor costs, inventory practices, and other operational expenses.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and financial performance across all locations.

Client Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure a consistent, elevated client experience across all locations.
• Monitor client feedback, reviews, satisfaction, and retention, addressing concerns and implementing improvements when needed.
• Maintain consistent standards for professionalism, appearance, communication, and service delivery.
• Support local marketing initiatives, promotions, events, and client engagement strategies in coordination with ownership and relevant team members.
• Protect and strengthen The Aesthetic Collective's brand identity and reputation throughout all markets.

Systems, Policies & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures, workflows, and reporting systems.
• Oversee effective use of scheduling, client management, inventory, and other business systems.
• Ensure appropriate coordination between administrative operations and clinical providers while respecting professional licensure, scope-of-practice requirements, and clinical decision-making authority.
• Support compliance with applicable business, employment, privacy, and healthcare regulations in collaboration with ownership and designated clinical leadership.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements that support efficiency, accountability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, multi-location leadership, or a comparable supervisory role.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, med spas, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, hospitality, or a related service-based industry strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of business performance metrics, revenue growth, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound operational decisions, and follow through on initiatives.
• Proficiency with business management systems, scheduling platforms, reporting tools, and standard office technology.
• Willingness and ability to travel between all six locations as needed.
• A professional, solutions-oriented approach with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and team success.
