Southern Import Specialist is a trusted name in the automotive parts industry, specializing in high-quality import vehicle parts. We’re looking for a motivated warehouse & online sales associate who understands the unique demands of selling automotive parts on eBay and other platforms.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on team player who has previous experience selling parts on eBay—from researching listings and writing descriptions to taking product photos and shipping customer orders. This role also involves general warehouse work, including inventory management, packing orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• List automotive parts for sale on eBay with accurate descriptions & keywords
• Photograph items for listings, ensuring clear, high-quality images
• Manage online sales, answer buyer inquiries, and process orders in a timely manner
• Pack and ship products securely to ensure safe delivery
• Maintain and organize warehouse inventory
• Assist with incoming shipments and stock management
• Coordinate returns and resolve customer issues professionally
• Work with management to improve online sales performance

Qualifications & Skills

• Required: Previous eBay sales experience (preferably automotive parts)
• Knowledge of eBay listing process, item specifics, and shipping procedures
• Basic photography skills for product images
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform warehouse duties
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience using eBay Seller Hub, listing templates, and online selling tools a plus
• Reliable work ethic with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
