Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated landscapers to join our installation crew! In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming outdoor spaces by installing new landscapes, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other outdoor features. Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of landscape features including plants, trees, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow detailed project plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation of landscaping components.
- Maintain safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities to ensure a secure work environment.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and soil preparation as needed.
- Identify various plants and trees to ensure proper placement and health maintenance.
- Support pest management activities including pesticide application and plant health assessments.
Experience
- Prior outdoor work experience or landscaping experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, tree care, gardening, and hardscape installation.
- Familiarity with ground equipment operation such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems.
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscape tools and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Ability to identify different plant species and understand basic horticulture principles.
- Commitment to safety protocol adherence during all outdoor activities.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
