We are seeking an Accounts Clerk who is organized, dependable, and passionate about accuracy and customer service. In this role, you will support order entry, invoicing, payment processing, and accounts receivable activities while communicating regularly with customers about orders and account status. If you enjoy working with numbers, maintaining smooth office operations, and ensuring customers feel valued, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Print invoices and process payments, ensuring funds are verified for each transaction.
• Collect, count, and balance cash daily; prepare weekly deposits.
• Maintain customer payment files, credit card binders, sales tax certificates, and other documentation.
• Provide customers with aging reports, annual sales reports, and account updates.
• Monitor payment trends and support management with account summaries.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and routing teams to support efficient order fulfillment.
• Review monthly customer and asset sales reports and share relevant insights.
• Assist with general office duties, including organizing files, supporting special events, and keeping the workspace clean and stocked.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and office software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive, professional attitude.
• Cash-handling or accounts receivable experience is a plus.
