Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Pearl, MS. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring efficient management of staff, upholding quality and service standards, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing budgets, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement. The General Manager will also foster a positive workplace culture, maintain compliance with company and industry standards, and represent the company in local business and community activities.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and revenue forecasting
- Experience overseeing hospitality operations, including customer service and operations management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local market trends and the ability to establish community and business partnerships

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
