What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at Southern Homes and Rentals, LLC?
***MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO APPLY!!***
Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Use power tools and hand tools to trim trees and shrubs
- Assist with tree care, including pruning and removal
- Conduct groundskeeping duties such as raking leaves and cleaning walkways
- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
- Maintain gardens by planting flowers, watering plants, and applying fertilizers
Skills:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in landscaping
- Familiarity with tree care techniques, including trimming and pruning
- Ability to operate equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
