The HVAC Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in optimizing team performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving departmental goals.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
- Manage and supervise the installation, addition, or replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency, to meet or exceed all required municipal codes in order to pass necessary inspections.
- Supervise and guide a team of HVAC Installers, providing support, training, and professional development to foster and maintain high installation standards.
- Ensure daily start-up of all HVAC system installations and instructing the customer on system functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve any initial installation problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems, demonstrating deep technical expertise.
- Required EPA Certification for compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
- Exhibits a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional quality.
- Prioritizes outstanding customer service and consistently aims to exceed client expectations.
- Capable of interacting professionally with individuals at all organizational levels, managing diverse situations with skill.
- Demonstrates flexibility and creativity in problem-solving and adapting to changing environments.
- Possesses strong critical thinking and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues effectively.
Service Titan experience
- NATE Certification
- Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.
- Ability to drive.
- Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.
- Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
- Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
