Duties
- Find untapped advertisers throughout the Black Hills through hands-on visitation, calling, etc.
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Present product features and benefits confidently to inspire customer interest and confidence in purchasing decisions
- Assist customers in selecting the best solutions tailored to their preferences and requirements
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to understand customer needs quickly and offer suitable solutions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required
- A proactive attitude and outgoing personality
