Position Summary
Southern Hills Plantation Club is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and playability of the golf course. Ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily course maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and bunker maintenance
- Operate light equipment such as mowers, blowers, and weed eaters
- Assist with course setup, including tee markers, hole locations, and signage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
- Support irrigation and landscaping efforts as needed
Qualifications
- Prior landscaping or golf course maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
