Trimming & Packaging Specialist

Southern Herb Co is an award-winning cannabis company and Cannabis Cup winner known for quality, consistency, and taking real pride in our product. We’re growing fast and looking for reliable, detail-oriented Trimming & Packaging Specialists to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Hand-trimming cannabis plants with precision and consistency
• Packaging flower and products accurately according to company standards
• Working directly around live plants in a production environment
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Following SOPs, compliance rules, and safety guidelines
• Accurately weighing, counting, and labeling products
• Working efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working around cannabis plants
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills (weighing, counting, tracking)
• Punctual, dependable, and ready to work scheduled shifts
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience

• Trimming or cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required
• We’re willing to train the right candidate who’s motivated and detail-oriented
