Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Process Manager to oversee and enhance our processing plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, as well as experience in refrigeration systems and preventative maintenance processes.
Daily/As Needed
Make changes and updates to lockout procedures and assessments for refrigeration
Ensure that inspection issues with Refrigeration System are addressed and preventative maintenance steps are put in place
Maintenance and organization of Process Safety Information
Ensure Hazmat Team List stays compliant, update and revise list as needed.
Review and update audit action items (in house and 3rd party)
Facilitate, administrate, and document Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews
Design emergency response drills
Oversee Management of Change/Replacements in Kind
Construct Written Refrigeration Task Procedures for system monitor and operator level
Maintain Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams
SCBA bottles refilled when warranted
Ensure compliance with all PSM/RMP standards and codes
Coordinate and participate in compliance audits for PSM. (This includes tracking recommendations as well as preparing for the audits)
Electronically file Safety Checklist, Trailer Log, Fork Lift certifications, New ire TrainingHire Training, LOTO Training, and all other Training.
Ordering of all Safety Supplies, first aid supplies, LOTO Locks & Inventory.
Maintain and update the Plant Emergency Evacuation Diagrams and posting.
Making all Chemical Labels and maintaining Printer.
New Hire Orientation for select personnel
Ensure SDS for each plant is current
Pre-shift inspection viewing for safety related deficiencies
Complete Accident/Incident Investigations and send out to management.

Conduct Safety Training for Authorized Personnel
Ensure Annual Authorized Trainings are current for select personnel (BBP, LOTO, Etc.)
Physical requirements for the position include being on feet for 8-12 hours at a time, lifting up to 50lbs, sitting for long periods, being exposed to very hot temperatures and freezing temperatures, and being exposed to loud machinery.
