Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Processing Staff, and other production team members to join our dynamic food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be integral to the daily operations of our food processing plant, ensuring that products are prepared, packaged, and maintained according to strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to develop their skills within the food industry. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality food products.

Multiple Position are open on both days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality food products.
• Assist with meat cutting and preparation tasks, ensuring precise knife skills and adherence to product specifications.
• Support sanitation efforts by maintaining cleanliness in work areas, following HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards.
• Package finished goods accurately, ensuring proper labeling and storage procedures are followed.
• Conduct routine mechanical checks on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow all food safety regulations, including proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Experience

• Prior experience in food processing, manufacturing, or a related food industry role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and OSHA regulations is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with processing machinery will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices specific to food production plants is beneficial.
• Basic knife skills for meat cutting or similar tasks are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
