Responsibilities
-
Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care setting
-
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
-
Perform wound care and other prescribed treatments
-
Conduct physical assessments and monitor resident conditions
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
Qualifications
-
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
-
Active RN license in the state of practice or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
-
Current CPR Certification

Qualifications:
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. • Valid State licensure as an RN.• Current CPR certification.
