What You'll Do ????
As a Part Time LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll provide essential nursing care to patients in a secure correctional healthcare setting. This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for a consistent every other weekend night schedule while making a meaningful difference in patient care.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing nursing care and assessing patient health needs
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring patients and recognizing changes in condition
- Responding to medical needs and providing appropriate interventions
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborating with providers and other healthcare team members
- Supporting a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for patients
Qualifications
Qualifications ?
- Current LPN license in the state of Alabama
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Previous correctional healthcare experience is helpful, but not required
