As a PRN LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll have flexibility while still having the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients you serve. Our online scheduling exchange allows you to view available shifts and communicate your availability in advance so our team can plan coverage and find shifts that fit your schedule.
PRN team members are asked to provide at least four available dates each month so the team can plan the upcoming schedule. Where possible, holiday availability should also be provided in advance so holidays can be incorporated into the PRN rotation. Scheduling is based on facility needs and available shifts, with established Full-Time and Part-Time schedules receiving priority.

Qualifications:- Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and professional patient care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
- Commitment to providing reliable coverage for accepted and scheduled shifts
- Ability to provide at least four available dates each month for scheduling consideration
- Willingness to provide holiday availability in advance when possible to support facility scheduling needs
- Availability requirements may vary based on facility size, staffing model, and coverage needs
