We are seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to lead the healthcare team at the Marathon County Jail. As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you’ll combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to guide daily operations, support nursing staff, and ensure patients receive high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical operations within the facility

• Supervise and support nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to maintain appropriate coverage

• Work collaboratively with correctional staff and healthcare providers

• Monitor quality assurance and participate in performance improvement initiatives

• Assist with training, coaching, and professional development of the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
