✅ Qualifications

• Active Alabama LPN license
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Correctional, ER, Med-Surg, LTAC, rehab, or long-term care experience is helpful but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
