π What You'll Do
β’ Complete mental health assessments and ongoing behavioral evaluations
β’ Develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and emotional stability
β’ Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
β’ Lead psychoeducational and process groups focused on coping skills, trauma, recovery, and emotional wellness
β’ Collaborate with nursing staff, providers, correctional personnel, and community resources
β’ Assist with discharge planning and continuity of behavioral healthcare
β’ Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
β’ Respond to behavioral health concerns with professionalism, compassion, and sound clinical judgment

Qualifications:β Qualifications
β’ Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
β’ Active LPC, LCSW, APSW, or other applicable Wisconsin behavioral health licensure required
β’ Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention
β’ Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills
β’ Experience in correctional, forensic, community mental health, substance use treatment, or crisis services is preferred but not required
