💙 What You'll Do

• Complete mental health assessments and ongoing behavioral evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and emotional stability

• Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions

• Lead psychoeducational and process groups focused on coping skills, trauma, recovery, and emotional wellness

• Collaborate with nursing staff, providers, correctional personnel, and community resources

• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of behavioral healthcare

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Respond to behavioral health concerns with professionalism, compassion, and sound clinical judgment

✅ Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field

• Active LPC, LCSW, APSW, or other applicable Wisconsin behavioral health licensure required

• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention

• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills

• Experience in correctional, forensic, community mental health, substance use treatment, or crisis services is preferred but not required
