Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Crisp County Jail in Georgia. What You'll Do
As a member of our correctional healthcare team, you'll provide essential nursing care while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a structured and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Conducting patient assessments and screenings
- Monitoring chronic and acute medical conditions
- Responding to medical concerns and urgent situations
- Assisting with intake and health evaluations
- Collaborating with providers and nursing staff
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Promoting patient wellness and continuity of care
What We're Looking For
- Active Georgia LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, ethical patient care
- Correctional, medical-surgical, long-term care, or emergency nursing experience is welcomed but not required
Schedule
- Full-Time Day Shift
- 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Rotating schedule that provides built-in days off throughout the pay period
- Every-other-weekend rotation
This schedule offers the consistency of full-time employment while providing weekdays off during the rotation.
