Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the healthcare team at the St. Croix County Jail in Wisconsin.

This full-time evening position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, no weekend rotations, and the opportunity to provide meaningful patient care in a safe and secure correctional healthcare setting.

🩺 What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
• Provide routine nursing services, sick call, and chronic care
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate provider
• Provide patient education and support
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional teams
• Promote a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment
• Practice within your professional scope, licensure, and established clinical guidelines

📋 What You'll Need

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a healthcare team
• Professionalism, compassion, and respect for patient confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively in a structured correctional environment
