Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN for our night shift team at the Troup County Jail in Georgia. This is a role for nurses who stay steady under pressure, think critically, and want their work to matter every single shift.

Job Description
As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you will:
- Deliver direct patient care and medication administration
- Conduct nursing assessments and intake screenings
- Assist with emergency response and triage situations
- Monitor chronic care patients and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and correctional staff
- Help create a safe, professional, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications:Qualifications
- Active Georgia LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work in a secure correctional environment
- Previous correctional, long-term care, ER, or behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required
