Full-Time LPN – Medical Team Administrator
Location: Lancaster County Jail, SC
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotation including every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily medical operations within the facility

Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight

Supervise and support healthcare staff, ensuring adherence to protocols

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Collaborate with facility leadership to ensure quality and continuity of care

Respond to medical emergencies as needed

Active LPN license in South Carolina

Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience in correctional, long-term care, or community healthcare preferred
