What You’ll Do
- Prepare and administer medications accurately and on schedule
- Follow the Five Rights of Medication Administration at all times
- Collect and document patient vital signs
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical records
- Work closely with nursing staff and providers to support patient care
- Promote safe, consistent medication practices for a diverse patient population
